I've lost five pounds yayyy. I couldn't stick to just eating Special K and Slimfast (which is healthier in the end) so I just have a cup of the Special K in addition to a yogurt and a banana for breakfast. The Slimfast is now being used a filler between lunch but more towards dinner so I don't gorge myself only a few hours before bed ( Read more... )
